Happy Thursday! Today’s blog is featuring one of my best friends since college. She’s getting married this year! While I’m a bridesmaid in her wedding (yay!) that means I can’t be her photographer (boo!), so she came to visit me all the way from Ohio a while back to get her engagement photos done in our beautiful city. Originally we were supposed to shoot at golden hour, but I got called into work (back when I used to have a second job), and we had to reschedule for sunrise because she was leaving the next day! While originally a little upset at waking up at the butt crack of dawn, we ended up getting the most stunning golden light in all of her photos. We started at the famous Forsyth Park and made our way up Bull Street a few blocks until we hit the historic and always lovely East Jones Street. I can’t wait to attend their wedding in September of this year!
