Katie & Victor's Wedding at The Mackey House // Savannah, Georgia Wedding Photographer

Sometimes you really connect with people - and I instantly felt that way with Katie and Victor! I met these two when Victor hired me photograph his surprise proposal to Katie in downtown Savannah. He proposed to her at Forsyth Park in front of the fountain and it was so so beautiful. Even though they live in Washington D.C., they decided to tie the knot in Savannah at the Mackey House, and hired me to photograph their engagement session AND their wedding! It was such a joy watching these two go all the way from boyfriend and girlfriend to husband and wife. Their day was absolutely stunning with perfect weather, the friendliest people, and the cutest dog! Here’s a sweet review Katie left for me:

“Ashlee was absolutely amazing! We don’t have enough words to share how wonderful it was to work with her. My fiancé/husband first reached out to Ashlee to get photos of our proposal. Ashlee provided guidance on great locations for the proposal and marked the perfect spot for her to get the photos when he popped the question. We had proposal photos within a week! We were so incredibly impressed, there was no question as to who would do engagement and wedding photos. Ashlee was so flexible adjusting our engagement photos due to COVID. She was super responsive via email, text and phone. As we planned for the wedding she put our minds at ease helping develop a perfect list of needed photos. On the day of she and her second photographer were calm and collected. They worked so well managing the many things going on.
